Sir,
with reference to your despatch No.53 of the
7th February, 1922, I have the honour to forward herewith revised copies of the standard forms of Agreement (Class I and II) which, I would submit, should be adopted for use in connection with all appointments (except Police) which are filled on the recommendation of the Crown Agents for
the Colonies.
I enclose also draft clauses providing for
termination of the agreement in the event of marriage and for security for the repayment of the cost of passages in
that event which I consider should be included in all
agreements for the appointment of ladies to Government
service,
